I had a great value for my money at the hotel. The room was well-maintained and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the center with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff treated me with enthusiasm and the young guy at the night shift was especially amazing!

Food for breakfast could have been better if there were more variety and options available.

We could walk to the nicer section of town.

It is 4 stars but there is no Air conditioning , some Cobwebs in the ceiling. Opening the window lead to hear the important noise of the street.

The hotel was the best base for enjoying a residential area, near to the center, the train station and the main square and the downtown area. I was offered a sensational breakfast with option of early "bite``

The location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Heilig-Geist-Kirche. We appreciated being walk from the train station.

Excellent location, walking distance from train and bus stations, and 5 minutes from main square. Enthusiastic and dynamic night receptionist. Clean rooms, but lacking certain amenities like flip-flops, robe, water, and coffee/tea. Spotlessly clean bathroom and friendly staff. Powerful shower and optional voucher for hotel bar.

In the bathroom was a funny smell. A door of the closet was broken. During the night it was cold. The room was very tiny.

We stayed at this hotel while attending Oktoberfest in Munich. 5 minute walk to train station with frequent trains to Munich and 5 mins walk to old town which has lovely restaurants. Large underground car park ajoining hotel was 8 euro for 24 hours which we felt was good value. Excellent choices for breakfast.

Free wifi available only in bar and lobby to use it in your room you must pay.

The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the city center. The public garage, accessible directly from the hotel, is a plus for leaving your car. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a fantastic shower with a tropical rain effect. TV and laptop locker were available. The staff, from reception to breakfast, were absolutely charming.

Consistently courteous staff and MAGNIFICENT location in the city center, everything was perfectly fine. Both rooms we booked were spotless with view to the alps, nothing to complain about. Location: the hotel was short walk to bars and restaurants, shops and the train station, and a local restaurant.

The staff were friendly and helpful the hotels location was very close to the train station making commuting to Munich very easy

Was told by other residents that the breakfast was over priced. A better selection of tv channels would have been nice (only one English speaking channel). Rooms were small but very clean and served their purpose.
